PCK's facilities are available to rent M-F 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm or during school breaks if the facility is available. All approvals are conditional on the facility being available. Availability may change, even after the application has been approved.
PCK reserves the right to cancel building use activities should the space be needed for school or school related activities. This privilege will be used only when necessary as a result of unavoidable circumstances.
When school is closed or cancelled for emergencies or weather conditions, scheduled community use activities will not be held. In the case of closures or cancellations by PCK, facility rental payments for the rental period not used, will be refunded. Please check the DSCD School Closure Page for current closure information.
